The EAME Distribution Division manages Cat distribution across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Eurasia. The division provides clear guidance and support across all Cat dealers in the region to ensure their strong performance and their execution of the segment growth strategies. Your Role

Our EAME Distribution Middle East & Eurasia Region team is looking for a driven and passionate Marketing and Sales Operations Territory Manager to join the dynamic and newly opened Caterpillar office in Riyadh, KSA.

What You Will Do

As a dealer facing representative, you will collaborate with Cat dealers to build capability, drive process improvement, and execute Marketing and Sales Operations related strategies.Your critical thinking skills and analytical mind will thrive as you shape a data-driven organization of the future.

Bring your passion for designing, architecting, and implementing improvement projects to the table, while also leveraging the power of storytelling with data.Lead the charge in crafting a project portfolio aimed at simplifying and enhancing our practices, ultimately developing solutions which support dealers in meeting customer needs.

Role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Govern dealer execution of the programs that increase sales and improve customer experience.

  • Advising on marketing and sales initiatives and dealer/customer related strategies, systems and processes.

  • Responding to inquiries and resolving problems regarding business plan execution, operational improvement and achievement of targets.

  • Advising on existing and potential customer experiences issues and improvement measures

  • Consult with dealers on ways to improve marketing and sales capabilities, supporting the overall business development process.

  • Travel locally: 30%

  • Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyse situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

  • Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit , receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviours.

  • Negotiating: Knowledge of successful negotiation concepts and techniques; ability to negotiate successfully across the organization and with external vendors and clients in a constructive and collaborative manner.

  • Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating , and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.

  • Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

  • Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives .

  • Value Selling: Knowledge of the principles and practices for selling products, technology and services; ability to provide overall product/service 'value' and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs.

What You Must Have

  • University degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering or equivalent experience.

  • 5 + years’ experience in Marketing, Sales or Strategy roles, involving dealer and/or customer facing interactions.

  • Fluent in English and Arabic

  • Global Perspective:Proven experience working on international projects, with an understanding of diverse markets, cultural nuances, and global business operations to drive success in worldwide go-to-market strategies.

  • Expertise in CRM systems and Sales Funnel Management with a proven record in driving customers engagement and track lead performance, using platforms like Salesforce or other

  • Strong experience in account management and strategic account planning

  • Analytical mindset: comfortable diving into data, spotting trends and turning insights into action

  • Proven experience in process improvement or process evaluation focused on customer experience.

  • Exceptional organizational, analytical and project management skills.

  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
