Job description

Job Purpose: The Marketing and Communications Manager drives the company’s brand strategy, promoting products and services through targeted marketing and effective communication. This role ensures the brand’s visibility and consistency across all channels while managing external communications within set KPI’s, agreed budgets and adopted policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

1- Strategy and Planning

Contribute to the development and execution of departmental and marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with NERA’s overall goals and KPIs.

2- Marketing Execution and Brand Management

Lead the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, manage brand positioning, and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

3- Digital Marketing and Online Presence

Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO/SEM, social media, and content marketing, while analyzing performance to improve engagement and conversions.

4- Communications and Public Relations

Manage internal and external communications, including employee updates, media relations, public image, content creation, and event planning.

5- Market Research and Analysis

Conduct and utilize market and competitor research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities for growth and innovation.

6- Budget and Performance Monitoring

  • Support budget planning and efficient utilization, monitor campaign effectiveness, and generate performance reports while ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 9 years of experience in a related field, preferably within the aviation or technological solutions sectors, with at least 4 years in a supervisory position
