Overview
The Marketing and Communications Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the hotel's services and amenities to potential guests. They will also be in charge of managing the hotel's communication channels to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness and bookings for the hotel.
- Manage the hotel's social media accounts and website to promote events, offers, and updates.
- Collaborate with the sales and revenue teams to create promotional packages and pricing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize results.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for marketing and advertising initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Familiarity with market analysis and customer segmentation.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
