Job Purpose

Jobs at this level are responsible for carrying out basic and administrative tasks related to marketing, market research, customer lifecycle, etc. They follow policies and procedures to ensure tasks are completed consistently and according to instructions.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Identify requirements for new campaigns targeting B2C customers in collaboration with concerned teams.
  2. Design and execute campaigns supporting product and service growth for B2C.
  3. Develop campaigns based on gathered requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  4. Manage below-the-line (BTL) revenue, where applicable, and optimize the active customer base using marketing tools across the customer lifecycle.
  5. Collaborate with various teams to launch segment-specific campaigns in line with STC policy and government regulations.
  6. Monitor market trends and competitive movements to proactively respond to potential impacts on revenue and customer base.
  7. Ensure alignment between offers and customer segments by leveraging tools to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  8. Coordinate campaign calendars with the Customer Experience and Marketing Communication teams, securing approvals for communication intervals and messaging in multiple languages.
  9. Execute all campaign types across available channels to ensure effective delivery and reach.
  10. Oversee post-campaign operations to confirm smooth performance and address operational issues.
  11. Support in calculating and analyzing campaign return on investment (ROI).
  12. Escalate issues to relevant departments and coordinate with Customer Experience, IT, Network, and others for seamless customer interactions.
  13. Conduct pre-launch testing of new offers with relevant stakeholders to ensure readiness and alignment with growth objectives.

Additional Responsibilities

  1. Monitor and validate the implementation of enhancements, providing feedback during testing phases.
  2. Act as a consultant to leverage internal data and capabilities for performance improvement.
  3. Oversee telesales channel execution, ensuring proper reporting and incentive mechanisms.
  4. Support project management efforts for OPEX and CAPEX projects to maximize revenue growth.
  5. Report on campaign performance, including invoicing, sales validation, and budget tracking.
  6. Manage vendor agreements related to high-value customer (HVC) and new business entity (NBE) campaigns.
  7. Review campaign communications to ensure accuracy and effectiveness across all touchpoints.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: 0-2 years in managing customer base, analytics, and launching targeted campaigns is preferable.
  • Education: Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
