Position Summary:

We're on a mission to bring the benefits of our life changing real-time CGM systems to even more patients. That is why we're looking for a Field Market Access Executive to help us open and leverage our position in the assigned area of MENA. Our Market Access team are responsible for understanding and satisfying the market access/funding/reimbursement requirements in MENA developing the adequate contacts and managing stakeholders to increase our winning chances in a tender and key health care provider. This role works closely with healthcare providers, payers, and other stakeholders to ensure optimal patient access and reimbursement coverage for the company's products.

Responsibilities:
  1. Engage with healthcare providers, hospitals planners, payer representatives, private accounts, and insurance to fulfill their criteria and decision-making process to approve and reimburse Dexcom devices.
  2. Collect and analyze market access data, including treatment patterns and insurance payer's policies.
  3. Identify opportunities and barriers and propose concrete actions to translate the opportunity into reality.
  4. Develop and execute market access plans on accounts level in collaboration with Marketing, Medical, and Sales.
  5. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and medical teams to provide insights and recommendations that optimize product positioning, pricing, and contracting strategies.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, clients, and other influential stakeholders.
  7. Stay up to date with healthcare policies, regulations, and industry trends that may impact Dexcom device reimbursement.
  8. Establish and maintain tight relationships in the short/medium/long term, inside and outside the Company to achieve objectives.
  9. Anticipate changes in the environment, preparing to be competitive and minimize the impact that potential changes may cause.
  10. Provide information and support to influence key opinion leaders, pertaining to improved outcomes and public policy matters.
What makes you successful:
  1. Bachelor's degree a must and MBA desirable.
  2. Education and experience in a relevant field, Market Access, health policy, Science in pharmaceutical Science.
  3. Knowledge of market access for diabetes products or related medical devices.
  4. Market Access/Key Account Management experience with Insurance system in KSA and private accounts and the ability to link this insight to funding and reimbursement in-market.
  5. Fluency in English written and spoken.
  6. Ability to speak effectively and confidentially before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  7. Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
