Job Summary:

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will support manufacturing operations to meet business performance targets. As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives and develop a culture of operational excellence. You will ensure manufacturing products meet quality standards and delivery deadlines, focusing on capacity, efficiency, cycle time reduction, and safety and quality standards adherence. Your role will involve driving continuous improvement processes, achieving KPIs, and providing accurate reports to stakeholders.

Responsibilities/Accountability & Authority:
  • Adhere to and exemplify safety and quality regulations.
  • Achieve production plans by scheduling personnel, assigning tasks, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, and resolving issues.
  • Manage employee workload and breaks to optimize output and reduce idle time.
  • Design and implement production schedules, monitor load versus capacity, and understand resource planning.
  • Conduct root cause analyses, implement corrective and preventive actions for reworks and scraps.
  • Coordinate machine maintenance to minimize disruptions.
  • Plan manpower and resources based on production needs.
  • Manage day and night shift outputs, enforce performance expectations, and ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with management and team leaders to improve safety, reduce defects, and increase efficiency.
  • Report deviations, machine breakdowns, and quality issues to the Manufacturing Manager.
  • Monitor consumables usage and lead incident investigations.
  • Identify training needs and manage timecards for direct reports.
  • Monitor job order variances and ensure customer delivery and revenue targets are met.

Experience/Education/Skills:
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience supervising CNC machining, welding, assembly, and testing of API6A products.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in oil and gas manufacturing.
  • Skills in time management, Microsoft Office, and manpower capacity planning.
