Overview

We are seeking a Manufacturing Knowledge Management Specialist to lead Global Manufacturing Excellence (GME) Knowledge Management initiatives.

The Technology & Manufacturing Oversight Department (T&MOD) leads digitalization, technology management, knowledge management, and performance programs across Saudi Aramco's manufacturing facilities, including refining, petrochemical, and NGL facilities. It ensures resource efficiency, stakeholder collaboration, strategic alignment, and performance improvement.

Your primary role involves providing strategic guidance to GME management across Performance Improvement Networks (PINs), overseeing program execution, stakeholder alignment, and process administration to meet objectives.

The GME PINs program includes:

• Networks of Leaders
• Communities of Practices
• Knowledge Hub

Key Responsibilities

As the successful candidate, you will:

• Oversee PINs program development and execution, ensuring alignment with the roadmap and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage Networks of Leaders activities, resource allocation, and cross-functional support.
• Supervise over 30 Communities of Practice across the global manufacturing portfolio, addressing challenges, sharing best practices, and capturing lessons learned.
• Manage the process of capturing, archiving, and disseminating knowledge assets, ensuring information is current and accessible.

Minimum Requirements

Candidates should have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• At least 15 years of experience leading knowledge initiatives in manufacturing.
• Over 10 years of experience in the Oil and Gas manufacturing sector.
• Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM) from KMI is preferred.
• Expertise in knowledge engineering, mapping, and learning systems.
• Experience developing and applying taxonomies at scale.
• Experience designing and implementing integrated knowledge platforms.
