Job summary

A leading Global Oil & Gas Service company offers an excellent opportunity in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The role involves supporting project planning, continuous improvement strategies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety policies. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and preferably experience in the Oil and Gas sector.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering required.
  • Previous Oil and Gas experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma and FMEA is beneficial.

  • Support to prepare plans with detailed drawings including project specifications.
  • Implement and support cultural change across the organization.
  • Collaborate to conduct risk assessments of processes.

Job description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES

  • Support to prepare plans with detailed drawings that include project specifications and cost estimates
  • Help in contributing to new business initiatives and projects and help review and communicate the impact on Lean activities
  • Observe to present analysis results and project solutions to technical leads, senior leaders and clients as necessary
  • Participate to develop a robust continuous improvement strategy in partnership with the Management Team and key business stakeholders
  • Implement and support cultural change across the organization and drive business improvement
  • Learn to develop, deliver and support delivery of business improvement change initiatives. Develop and contribute towards improvement standards in line with best practice
  • Observe to undertake business process analysis, statistical analysis for improvement and to support wider change
  • Observe how to lead, define and develop continuous improvement activities designed to improve performance, such as the planning and running of lean events
  • Collaborate to perform root cause analysis and resolve problems
  • Collaborate to conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department
  • Help to ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering
  • Previous Oil and Gas experience is Preferred
  • knowledge of Six Sigma, FMEA
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
  • Good reporting and documentation skills
