A Leading Manpower company is seeking a skilled Manpower Mobilization Coordinator to join our client’s team in Saudi Arabia. The Manpower Mobilization Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the mobilization of workforce resources for various projects, ensuring effective communication and adherence to timelines and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the mobilization of workforce resources, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Develop and implement mobilization plans tailored to specific project requirements.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for all new hires.
  • Liaise with project managers and HR to align workforce needs and timelines.
  • Monitor and report on mobilization progress, addressing any issues or obstacles that arise.
  • Conduct regular assessments of mobilization processes and recommend improvements.
