Manger, System & Business Process

Directly manage, motivate, and control the operation of systems and processes in accordance with the established ERP systems and policies to maximize company business performance. Monitor company systems and their performance, as well as oversee process implementation and development.

Development:

• Design and/or amend workflows as needed.
• Develop new or reinforce existing SXL business processes to adapt to changing business requirements.
• Manage new projects related to the company's systems and processes.

Operations:

• Monitor system stability and report issues to responsible consultants.
• Monitor and control SAP support charges.
• Evaluate and oversee the implementation of new change requests.
• Review system performance with consultants.
• Ensure proper training for new users.

Quality Assurance:

• Monitor implementation of SXL processes.
• Maintain system stability and report issues.
• Evaluate and oversee new change requests.
• Review consultant deliverables to ensure quality and outcomes.
• Provide training for new users.

Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the focal point for established systems and procedures to maximize business performance.
• Liaise with all SXL departments to ensure achievement of KPIs.
• Monitor and control support charges from designated consultants.
• Coordinate with developers to ensure ongoing solution competency.

Bachelor's degree. Knowledge of Process Design, SAP Hana APS system, SAP/SFDG System, Chester system.

8 to 9 years.
