About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Managing Director to lead our experiential marketing agency in the GCC region. The ideal candidate will drive strategic growth, foster key client relationships, and ensure operational excellence. This role requires a deep understanding of the regional market, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to craft and execute innovative marketing experiences that elevate brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
  • Develop and execute the agency's business strategy to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the GCC market.
  • Oversee the development of cutting-edge experiential marketing campaigns aligned with regional consumer trends.
  • Commercial & Client Management
    • Build and nurture high-level client relationships with brands, corporate partners, and government entities.
    • Lead commercial negotiations, ensuring profitability and long-term sustainability.
    • Oversee client retention strategies and account management excellence.
  • Operations & Team Leadership
    • Lead and mentor a multicultural team, fostering a high-performance and innovative work culture.
    • Ensure efficient project execution, meeting quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
    • Drive operational excellence and implement best practices in agency workflow.
  • Market & Industry Expertise
    • Stay ahead of trends in experiential marketing, events, and brand activations.
    • Adapt global marketing innovations to culturally resonate within the GCC region.
    • Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms.

    Key Qualifications & Experience

    • 10+ years of experience in marketing, events, or brand activations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
    • Proven track record in scaling business operations and driving revenue growth in the GCC region.
    • Strong network of industry contacts, particularly with major brands and government entities.
    • Expertise in experiential marketing, event management, and digital engagement strategies.
    • Ability to lead multicultural teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

    Language & Cultural Requirements

    • Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) essential.
    • Spanish proficiency is a plus, but not mandatory.
    • Deep understanding of GCC business culture, consumer behavior, and regulatory landscape.
