Job Description:

We are looking for a Manager of Training to lead our training initiatives and ensure the development of our personnel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance the skills and performance of our workforce.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of the organization.
  2. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
  3. Manage training budgets and resources.
  4. Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs.
  5. Provide coaching and support to trainers and trainees.
