Job Description
The Opportunity
We are looking for a SAP Program Manager for our Riyadh, KSA office.
Key Profile Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 14+ years of relevant professional experience within SAP Digital Transformation, with experience as a Program Delivery Lead in at least 6 projects.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and vendor relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Broad SAP application skills.
- Good Public Sector knowledge.
- Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and lead a central Program Management Office, oversee the deployment of SAP Global Template solutions across entities.
- Ensure successful program delivery.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for effective communication and alignment.
- Manage vendors, oversee onboarding, and performance control.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on program activities, project status, and vendor performance.
- Lead project managers supervising rollouts across multiple entities.
- Establish governance frameworks and processes.
- Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols.
- Collaborate with vendors to implement corrective actions for quality issues.
- Ensure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Mitigate risks and resolve issues effectively.
- Report issues impacting timelines or quality to stakeholders.
- Participate in governance meetings such as steering committees and change control boards.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and issue resolution.
- Ensure projects meet scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
Additional Requirements:
- Strong program and project management knowledge and standards.
- Understanding of business processes and practices.
- Experience in business requirement collection, product roadmap development, and delivery.
- Public Sector knowledge.
- Proven track record in managing teams and complex engagements.
- Contribute to program delivery, stakeholder management, and maintaining a professional culture.
