Job Purpose
This role is to oversee vendor inventory initiatives, enhancing efficiency and relationships. Collaborate with Vendors, Demand Planning, Centralized Procurement, and SC&L teams to maintain optimal stock levels, meet customer demand, and improve operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage vendor performance, develop inventory strategies, and maintain relationships.
  2. Collaborate with suppliers to validate and manage item data, aligning it with demand and inventory needs.
  3. Support Inventory Management in overseeing inventory operations.
  4. Manage the purchase order process and ensure timely order production.
  5. Analyze inventory and demand data regularly to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
  6. Prepare and deliver clear reports to aid decision-making and inventory optimization.
  7. Foster effective communication with suppliers for efficient stock replenishment.
  8. Follow relevant policies, processes, SOPs, and instructions to ensure controlled and consistent work.
  9. Assist in preparing accurate and timely inventory, fulfillment, and performance reports to meet standards.
  10. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, considering international best practices, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, commerce, or related field.
  • Knowledge of accounting, financial, and operational principles.
  • At least 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or operational organizations, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in high-volume transactional environments.
  • Experience with SAP S/4 Hana and SAP Cloud Analytics (preferred).

Skills

  • Advanced Excel skills, including dashboard visualization.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and scrutinize financial information.
