About the Job:

As Strategy & Corporate Performance Associate, you will be involved in various responsibilities, with opportunities to lead some projects and support others. You will work closely with the Head of Strategy.

Responsibilities:

  1. Leading and supporting strategic projects impacting multiple business units.
  2. Leading and supporting strategic partnership projects.
  3. Contributing to the development and implementation of Almosafer's corporate and business strategy, ensuring alignment across units.
  4. Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Monitoring the overall performance of Almosafer and its units.
  6. Acting as a strategic advisor to stakeholders within the company.

Profile requirements:

  1. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision, proactively seeking guidance when needed.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and networking skills to develop and maintain effective relationships at executive levels.
  3. Strong quantitative and analytical skills with great attention to detail.
  4. Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.
  5. Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn.
  6. Proven academic and professional success.

Good to have:

  1. Experience in travel and tourism.
  2. Prior consulting experience.
