Must-Have:

1. Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT operations or service delivery with mandatory banking industry experience.
2. Proven experience in implementing and managing service monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios, Splunk, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, etc.).
3. Experience in SLA/KPI reporting, dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and executive presentations.
4. Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management practices.

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
