A leading company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee operations and maintenance of their facilities. The role involves managing teams, ensuring compliance, and leading change projects. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in facility management and leadership.
Job Purpose
To manage the PT workshop facility, including both hard and soft services, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, continuous improvement, and compliance with organizational and industry standards. Manage future facility change projects to meet timelines and standards. Responsible for site security, environmental, and waste management.
Key Functional Responsibilities
Manage and develop the Facilities Operations & Maintenance team, assign roles and responsibilities, and facilitate a high-performance work environment.
Manage Facility change requests and lead minor construction projects within the facility.
Monitor and supervise contracts, evaluate vendor performance, and escalate issues to ensure service level agreements are met.
Develop security protocols and manage related security contracts.
Manage environmental and waste management activities within the site and supervise related works and contracts.
Develop and prepare annual maintenance plans, coordinate with vendors, and ensure the proper functioning of facilities, equipment, and systems.
Ensure compliance with corporate FM requirements.
Ensure facility operational effectiveness and minimize downtime.
Deliver facility change requests in terms of cost, quality, and time.
Achieve objectives through setting individual goals, managing performance, and developing and motivating staff.
Participate in the development of the section s business plans aligned with departmental objectives.
Implement policies, procedures, and controls covering all assigned activities.
Prepare and monitor the section s budget and ensure alignment with approved guidelines.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes, and practices.
Ensure all section reports are timely, accurate, and meet CEER s requirements, policies, and standards.
Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor s Degree or above in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
Hold KAWADER certificate is a plus
Eligible and willing to apply for KAWADER certificate with company support
Experience
Minimum 8 years, including 2 years in a leadership or senior role
