Accountabilities:

• HSE Management: Utilize Worley's framework to undertake risk assessment of the project through engineering, procurement & construction and develop HSE plans for each project phase.
• Develop HSE standards, systems, and procedures to support the project(s).
• Develop and implement HSE training, including orientation, hazard analysis, and safety leadership.
• Implement contractor management processes, including pre-selection, orientation, and performance reviews.
• Ensure hazard and incident management processes are in place, including the use of Worley's system.
• Implement Emergency Preparedness and Response plans aligned with Worley & Client Crisis Management Plans.
• Manage local R3 processes and participate in project startup activities to ensure thorough mobilization.

Qualifications:

• Experience in oil/gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore, or infrastructure industries on large projects.
• Experience coordinating with other IK HSE organizations.
• Ability to lead site risk assessments and develop Process Safety Management Programs.
• International recognized professional safety certification (e.g., CSP, CMIOSH).
