Qiddiya Investment Company is pioneering a transformative entertainment and cultural destination in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a talented and driven Manager Curriculum (Performance Unit - Sales & Leasing) to join our team. This pivotal role involves designing and delivering comprehensive training curricula to enhance the performance and competencies of our Sales and Leasing team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs and curricula for the Sales and Leasing unit to improve employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements, tailoring curricula to meet market demands.
  • Design innovative learning experiences using workshops, e-learning, and practical simulations.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through various metrics and continuously improve programs based on feedback and performance outcomes.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and industry professionals to ensure content is current and aligned with best practices.
  • Lead engaging training sessions and workshops.
