We are seeking a Manager of Product Success responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of consumer and business products. The role involves ensuring the success of all products and services, supervising development, deployment, and post-deployment support. Key activities include launch planning, user testing, design modifications, marketing, and periodic reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee timelines for product deployment and manage associated challenges.
  2. Coordinate user testing and work with Tech teams for pre-launch issue resolution.
  3. Manage launch trackers and collaborate with all stakeholders.
  4. Set business targets and track product launches, reporting success metrics.
  5. Assign responsibilities and develop launch plans with Marketing support.
  6. Execute marketing strategies including OOH, digital media, PR, activations, and events.
  7. Conduct periodic reporting on product uptake and arrange performance reviews with stakeholders.
  8. Develop dashboards for tracking targets vs. achievements.
  9. Oversee customer support for products.
  10. Conduct market research and competitive analysis, suggesting pricing or design adjustments as needed.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • BS (Hons) in Business Management or Marketing.

Experience:

  • 8+ years in Telecom or Banking product marketing and reporting.

Knowledge:

  • Understanding of digital marketplaces, sales operations, and cross-functional project implementation.

Skills:

  • Product design and execution, data analytics, performance dashboards, project management.
