Manager - Product Owner (CORS206)

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dedicated and skilled Manager - Product Owner to drive the development and enhancement of our innovative products. This role is essential for ensuring that our digital and physical offerings meet the needs of our customers and align with our strategic vision. As a Product Owner, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful products that enhance the user experience and propel our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities

1. Define data product strategies, data initiatives, data roadmaps, and execution plans
2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches that meet both user needs and business goals
3. Design and deliver exceptional UI/UX solutions, ensuring seamless user journeys and visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces
4. Prioritize product features and initiatives based on business value, market research, customer feedback, and design best practices
5. Define clear, actionable product requirements and user stories to drive development efforts and ensure alignment with overall business strategy
6. Oversee product quality management processes to ensure that products meet the highest standards of performance, usability, and reliability
7. Manage project timelines, track progress, and resolve roadblocks to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products
8. Lead change management efforts during product transitions and rollouts, ensuring smooth adoption by end-users and minimizing disruptions
9. Coach and mentor product owners and cross-functional team members on best practices in product management, design, project execution, and continuous improvement
10. Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed effectively, with clear communication on product goals, timelines, and milestones
11. Conduct regular product reviews, retrospectives, and user testing to drive ongoing refinement, innovation, and continuous improvement in product development

1. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
2. 7+ years of experience in product management or as a product owner, preferably in a tech-related environment
3. Proven track record of successfully managing product development
4. Proficiency in product management, project management, change management, quality assurance, Agile, or other data-related domains
5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights
6. Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
7. Experience with product management tools and techniques
