About the Role

Are you a creative visionary with a talent for building iconic brands? Do you excel at leading dynamic teams and executing bold ideas?

Embedded within our Marketing and Corporate Communications department and working closely with our Loyalty team, this strategic role involves driving the evolution of our brand. Your main responsibility will be to lead the development and execution of the RX Loyalty Program brand and marketing efforts.

You will manage the strategy, planning, and daily workflow for brand building, marketing, and digital/social media rollout, supported by a portfolio of agencies. Ensuring that the loyalty brand guidelines, positioning, and personality are consistently reflected across all customer touchpoints and projects—including inflight services, ground operations, digital marketing, platforms, social media, ancillary products, loyalty, and CRM—is crucial.

Additionally, you will develop integrated brand campaigns, including launching the loyalty program, and ensure all communication channels align with our brand guidelines.

As an innovative professional, you will collaborate across Brand, Marketing, and Loyalty teams to deliver strategic, creative, and personalized outputs that resonate with our audience.

About You

You hold a degree and have at least 7 years of experience in brand and marketing, preferably within airlines, telecommunications, retail, or hospitality sectors.

Experience in a client service role within a creative agency is highly desirable. Bonus points if you possess an in-depth understanding of the local KSA and GCC markets and customer demographics.
