About the Role

Are you a creative visionary with a talent for building iconic brands? Do you excel at leading dynamic teams and executing bold ideas?

Embedded within our Marketing and Corporate Communications department and working closely with our Loyalty team, this strategic role involves leading the development and execution of the RX Loyalty Program brand and marketing.

You will manage the strategy, planning, and daily workflow for brand building, marketing, and digital/social rollout, supported by a portfolio of agencies.

Your responsibility is to ensure that the loyalty brand guidelines, positioning, and personality are accurately reflected across all customer touchpoints and projects, including inflight services, ground operations, digital marketing, digital platforms, social media, ancillary products, loyalty programs, and CRM.

You will develop integrated brand campaigns, including brand launches for the loyalty program, ensuring all key communication channels adopt and adhere to our brand guidelines.

Innovative by design, you will collaborate across teams—Brand, Marketing, and Loyalty—to deliver strategic creative, personalized, and highly effective outputs that resonate with our audience.

About You

You hold a degree and have at least 7 years of experience in brand and marketing, preferably within the airline, telecommunications, retail, or hospitality sectors.

Experience in a client service role within a creative agency is highly desirable. Bonus points if you have an in-depth understanding of the local KSA and GCC market profiles and customer demographics.
