About the Role

Are you a creative visionary with a talent for building iconic brands? Do you excel in leading dynamic teams and executing bold ideas?

Within our Marketing and Corporate Communications department, and closely collaborating with our Loyalty team, this strategic role involves driving the evolution of our brand. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute the RX Loyalty Program brand and marketing strategies.

You will manage the strategy, planning, and daily workflow for brand building, marketing, and digital/social media rollout, supported by a portfolio of agencies. Ensuring that the loyalty brand guidelines, positioning, and personality are consistently reflected across all customer touchpoints—including inflight, ground services, digital marketing, digital platforms, social media, ancillary products, loyalty programs, and CRM—is essential.

Developing integrated brand campaigns, including the launch of the loyalty program, and ensuring all communication channels align with our brand guidelines are key aspects of this role. You will work across teams to deliver strategic, creative, personalized, and highly effective outputs that resonate with our audience.

About You

You hold a degree and possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in brand and marketing, preferably within the airline, telecommunications, retail, or hospitality sectors.

Experience in a client service role within a creative agency is highly desirable. Additional familiarity with the local KSA and GCC markets, including customer demographics, will be considered a bonus.
