• Manage the development and implementation of Operational Risk Framework (ORF) for ARB Group, thus it reflects the best practices.
• Implement and maintain an overall operational risk review methodology and supporting processes aligned with the bank's Operational Risk Policy.
• Builds a culture of risk awareness, identification, disclosure and reporting and set up necessary enabling processes for sustaining such a framework and environment;
• Implement the key components of the Operational Risk Management framework, including:
• Products, Policies and Process Document reviews.
• IT Changes Review, Release and CAB.
• Business Unit and IT Incidents Management.
• Any other initiatives assigned by Operational Risk Dept.
• Develop risk assessment tools that support the embedding of operational risk in business units.
• Develop, facilitate and Manage Risk Control Self-Assessment Process and other risk review processes across the Bank.
• Keeping up to date with the regulatory requirements and undertaking gap analysis and facilitating and undertaking appropriate actions to close the identified gaps.

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills

• +4 years’ experience in or internal audit or risk management is desirable with a minimum of 1 years in Operational Risk management.
