JOB TITLE
Onsite Manager | MAF Retail | Head Office KSA

ROLE SUMMARY
The Onsite Manager owns the heartbeat of our app and web experience. You will bring campaigns to life, optimize every scroll and click, and ensure our online grocery shelves are relevant, fresh, and exciting. With your strategic mindset and attention to detail, you’ll turn data into action, drive engagement, and shape how customers shop with us daily.

ROLE PROFILE

  1. Own and optimize homepage, category pages, promotional banners, and brand zones across web and app to increase engagement, visibility, and conversions.
  2. Execute campaigns end-to-end: product tagging, promotional mapping, deep-linking, QA, and timely launches across platforms.
  3. Enhance navigation flow, reduce bounce points, and improve product findability using user journey data to increase add-to-cart and conversion rates.
  4. Use analytics tools like dashboards, GA, Firebase to track CTR, CVR, page views, and drop-offs; deliver insights to improve campaign and navigation performance.
  5. Collaborate with commercial, CRM, product, and creative teams to ensure accurate execution, cohesive storytelling, and localization of onsite activities.
  6. Define themes and strategic objectives for major sale campaigns aligned with commercial moments and shopper mindsets.
  7. Partner with market-level commercial teams to align product priorities and enhance performance of country-specific offers and bundles.
  8. Monitor competitor campaigns, merchandising tactics, and onsite innovations to keep HADIDD or relevant brands ahead of the curve.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5+ years of experience in ecommerce or merchandising, preferably in onsite merchandising roles within an e-commerce company.
  3. Strong analytical skills.
  4. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tableau, and MS Office.
  5. Effective communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
