Job Title: Measurement and Evaluation Section Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze semester and final exam results, providing statistical indicators to assess test quality and guide question appropriateness for measuring students' academic performance.
- Develop and refine measurement and evaluation methods for academic programs.
- Prepare and implement action plans for measurement and evaluation systems and strategies.
- Research international standardized tests and integrate them into the company's assessments.
- Diagnose educational processes, identifying current issues and potential future obstacles.
- Develop measurement plans for student skills and competencies across all grades and educational stages.
- Define skills and competencies for scientific subjects and oversee standardized test design.
- Supervise standardized test administration and resolve any issues during implementation.
- Analyze test results to identify skills gaps, proposing recommendations for improvement.
- Present test results to educational complexes and collaborate on remedial plans.
- Monitor curriculum updates and adjust standardized tests accordingly.
- Establish committees for question bank development and oversee their work.
- Analyze student performance in global standardized tests and develop improvement plans.
- Coordinate with national measurement agencies to align tests with their targets.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Strategic Planning.
- Master's degree in Business Administration or Quality Management.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
