Job description

Job Title: Measurement and Evaluation Section Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze semester and final exam results, providing statistical indicators to assess test quality and guide question appropriateness for measuring students' academic performance.
  2. Develop and refine measurement and evaluation methods for academic programs.
  3. Prepare and implement action plans for measurement and evaluation systems and strategies.
  4. Research international standardized tests and integrate them into the company's assessments.
  5. Diagnose educational processes, identifying current issues and potential future obstacles.
  6. Develop measurement plans for student skills and competencies across all grades and educational stages.
  7. Define skills and competencies for scientific subjects and oversee standardized test design.
  8. Supervise standardized test administration and resolve any issues during implementation.
  9. Analyze test results to identify skills gaps, proposing recommendations for improvement.
  10. Present test results to educational complexes and collaborate on remedial plans.
  11. Monitor curriculum updates and adjust standardized tests accordingly.
  12. Establish committees for question bank development and oversee their work.
  13. Analyze student performance in global standardized tests and develop improvement plans.
  14. Coordinate with national measurement agencies to align tests with their targets.
  15. Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience:
