Join Qiddiya Investment Company as the Manager - Non SAP Applications and take a pivotal role in overseeing the management and optimization of our non-SAP application portfolio. In this position, you will lead a team dedicated to ensuring these applications enhance our operational capabilities, meeting the needs of our fast-growing organization.

Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing application performance, collaborating with various business units, and ensuring that applications remain current and effective. Your leadership will help drive successful integration and efficient processes across our non-SAP applications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and successful delivery of enterprise application projects across various departments.
2. Manage cross-functional teams including business analysts, solution architects, application developers, and external vendors.
3. Act as the primary liaison between IT, business stakeholders, and enterprise application vendors to ensure alignment on project goals and scope.
4. Oversee the implementation, upgrade, and integration of enterprise systems.
5. Ensure all application projects align with enterprise architecture standards and strategic IT objectives.
6. Maintain and prioritize the enterprise application project portfolio and roadmap based on business needs and resource availability.
7. Monitor project timelines, scope, and budget, while proactively identifying risks and leading mitigation strategies.
8. Facilitate requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design sessions with business units.
9. Establish and enforce governance frameworks, including change management, documentation standards, and quality assurance practices.
10. Provide regular status updates, budget reports, and post-implementation reviews to senior leadership and project sponsors.
11. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by evaluating project delivery processes and adopting best practices in enterprise application project management.
12. Stay informed about emerging technologies, SaaS trends, and application lifecycle best practices to guide innovation and system optimization.
13. Ensure enterprise application solutions are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet quality, compliance, and security standards.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
2. 6+ years of experience in managing non-SAP applications.
3. Strong understanding of business processes and applications enhancement.
4. Experience in application integration and data management.
5. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
6. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
7. Experience with project management practices is a plus.
