JASARA PMC is seeking a seasoned Manager - Media Production to lead efforts on the Entertainment City Project. As the Media Production Manager, you will oversee the entire multimedia content production process, coordinating with various teams to ensure projects are executed creatively and efficiently. You will define the visual and narrative direction from conceptualization to post-production, aligning with the project's vision and goals. Responsibilities

1. Experience in producing media content specific to theme parks and LBE projects.
2. Manage development and integration of experiential digital media content.
3. Coach and mentor junior staff to contribute effectively to department deliverables and safety culture.
4. Provide regular progress reports to the Project Executive and keep informed of ongoing activities.
5. Manage tendering and contract processes by collaborating with internal teams.
6. Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to meet project goals within the schedule.
7. Oversee media development from concept to site integration, ensuring conformity to project objectives and Ways of Working (WOW).
8. Work closely with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to create media solutions that meet standards.
9. Manage media review, approval, and sign-off processes with stakeholders such as IP, Park Operations, LDC, and Creative Consultants.
10. Conduct mock-ups and workshops to mitigate show integration issues.
11. Assess media consultant submissions for quality and compliance.
12. Distribute media and show information to relevant stakeholders and consultants.
13. Ensure effective on-site media integration activities, maintaining compliance with project objectives.
14. Support other project districts with media development requests.
15. Participate in key media presentations to senior management as required.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Media, Film, TV Production, Arts, Communication, Project Management, or related fields.
2. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in media production and integration for theme parks or similar LBE projects.
3. Expertise in audio and video content production standards and processes.
4. Experience managing media pipelines like film production, VFX, CGI, animation, sound design, VO recording.
5. Proficiency with project management tools.
6. Experience with non-conventional media formats such as stereoscopic, projection mapping, AR, VR, MR, or game development is preferred.
7. Strong knowledge of media software and tools, including Adobe Suite and Autodesk Maya; proficiency in UNREAL is advantageous.
8. Experience in the Middle East/KSA is preferred.
9. Proficiency in Arabic or Japanese is an advantage.
10. Ability to adapt to changing business needs and foster flexibility.
11. Excellent communication skills in English; ability to articulate ideas clearly.
12. Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with vendors and stakeholders.
13. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
14. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and attention to detail skills.
15. Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
