Chief Compliance Officer

Job Summary: The Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for developing and implementing compliance programs and policies to ensure adherence to relevant regulatory bodies. Advise the executive team on compliance matters.

Minimum Requirements:

1. 5 years experience in safety disciplines with NEBOSH/OSHA/IOSH certificates or equivalent, approved by KSA.
2. Ensuring a safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage landscape projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
2. Manage technical aspects of theming projects, ensuring they meet international standards.
3. Design and develop training programs for new and existing staff.
4. Support Treasury Operations and prepare related presentation material for the senior management of the Company.
5. Strive to grow the business and attain maximum wallet share from partners.
6. Report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
