We are currently seeking a Manager - IT Strategy and Planning to drive the development and execution of our IT strategies that align with our business goals and enhance our technological capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, supervise, and lead the formulation of IT strategy initiatives that align with the organization's business goals.
• Monitor and evaluate performance metrics against strategic IT goals to support successful delivery of objectives within established timelines and budgets.
• Maintain IT governance standards and ensure policies, processes, and frameworks are in full compliances and aligned with required regulations and industry best practices.
• Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of IT initiatives, working closely with departments and external partners.
• Prepare strategic roadmaps and action plans to optimize, enhance and operationalize IT capabilities.
• Lead the identification and mitigation of IT related risks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholder management in IT strategy-related matters.
• Prepare reports and presentations to senior management on the status of IT initiatives, risks, and performance metrics.
• Ensure effective resource allocation, budget planning, and forecasting for IT initiatives.
• Participate in IT engagement activities.
• working closely with IT departments Head for department KPIs.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT strategy, planning and governance roles
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, project management, and implementation of IT initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into IT solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Solid understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance principles
• Ability to lead and motivate teams towards successful project delivery
• Certifications in project management or IT governance are a plus
