We are currently seeking a Manager - IT Strategy and Planning to drive the development and execution of our IT strategies that align with our business goals and enhance our technological capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, supervise, and lead the formulation of IT strategy initiatives that align with the organization's business goals.
• Monitor and evaluate performance metrics against strategic IT goals to support successful delivery of objectives within established timelines and budgets.
• Maintain IT governance standards and ensure policies, processes, and frameworks are in full compliance and aligned with required regulations and industry best practices.
• Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of IT initiatives, working closely with departments and external partners.
• Prepare strategic roadmaps and action plans to optimize, enhance, and operationalize IT capabilities.
• Lead the identification and mitigation of IT-related risks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholder management in IT strategy-related matters.
• Prepare reports and presentations to senior management on the status of IT initiatives, risks, and performance metrics.
• Ensure effective resource allocation, budget planning, and forecasting for IT initiatives.
• Participate in IT engagement activities.
• Work closely with the Head of IT Department to develop and monitor KPIs.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT strategy, planning, and governance roles.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, project management, and implementation of IT initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into IT solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance principles.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams towards successful project delivery.
• Certifications in project management or IT governance are a plus.
