Job description

As a key player in the entertainment and leisure sector, Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a skilled Manager - Integration & Interfaces to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the integration and interface of various systems across the organization, driving efficiency and ensuring seamless data flow between platforms. You will collaborate with different departments and technical teams to deliver integration solutions that enhance our operational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Experience in team management for large-scale integration projects with digital capabilities. Managing Google integration product suite is a plus.
  2. Proven experience in successfully delivering integration solutions using well-established API Management / iPaaS platforms.
  3. Experience in the Entertainment and Theme Parks industry is a plus.
  4. Strong understanding of IT operations & technology trends.
  5. Prior experience in the application delivery lifecycle for the applications ecosystem, from ideation through planning, design, development, testing, and rollout phases under different SDLC methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), including development of process workflows with integration.
  6. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with a strong customer service orientation. This role will involve constant communication across a wide spectrum of stakeholders and users.
  7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand complex systems.
  8. Oversee the deployment of IT solutions within API Management and core integration platform areas, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance with business requirements.
  9. Guide discussions with key technical bodies (e.g., Design Authority, Centers of Excellence) to make critical design decisions and enhance IT principles and standards.
  10. Steer execution, adoption, and quality of delivery for integration capabilities, collaborating with internal resources and delivery partners.
