Function : Accounting and Reporting Consulting (ARC)

Role & Responsibilities

Uniqus is seeking professionals for our ARC team. As a Manager, you will work with clients to provide high-quality accounting advisory services. You will be responsible for maintaining client relationships with senior stakeholders, working with Partners & Directors, mentoring team members, and supporting business development and practice management initiatives.

Responsibilities :

• Participate in business development activities and contribute to proposal development.
• Manage client relationships and act as a point of contact for clients.
• Project management.
• Provide technical accounting advice on complex issues, conduct research, and prepare technical memos.
• Assist clients with the implementation of new accounting standards.
• Assist with financial reporting, including the preparation of financial statements.
• Review and analyze client financial information and provide improvement recommendations.
• Supervise and mentor team members.
• Stay updated on accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage multiple engagements and deadlines effectively.
• Pay attention to detail and work independently.
• Apply professional judgment in applying accounting standards to meet engagement and regulatory requirements.

THE INDIVIDUAL

We seek accounting professionals passionate about providing accounting and reporting consulting, including technical support on GAAP Conversion, accounting policy support, new standard implementation, and disclosure for IFRS / USGAAP / Ind AS. The role involves working with top global clients across various industries.
