Fixed Assets will be responsible for developing policies and procedures for fixed asset management and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Your expertise in asset management will play a crucial role in optimizing our resources and enhancing our operations.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive fixed asset management strategy, including acquisition, tracking, valuation, and disposal.
2. Maintain accurate and detailed records of fixed assets, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
3. Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate reporting of fixed assets.
4. Monitor and analyze fixed asset performance and recommend improvements as necessary.
5. Conduct regular audits of fixed assets to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
6. Provide guidance and training to staff on fixed asset management processes and best practices.
7. Prepare financial reports related to fixed assets for senior management review.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, asset management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in fixed asset management, accounting, or finance.
3. Strong understanding of fixed asset accounting principles and practices.
4. Proven experience in implementing asset management systems and processes.
5. Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
7. Proficient in financial software and asset management systems.
