Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with robust expertise to join our Mobility Team. As the Manager of Finance Operations Support, you will provide the financial support needed in the accounting of the Mobility Subsidiary, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, compliance with regulations, and implementation of robust financial controls. This role is key to creating a robust reporting function, optimizing financial processes, and ensuring the right processes and controls are in place to support operations. The position is suited for a qualified accountant with excellent communication skills and proven experience in managing finance activities in an operational environment.

Financial Control & Reporting
  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial statements.
  • Review financial results, identify variances, and provide explanations for business trends.
  • Research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Understand business challenges and propose solutions.
  • Maintain records for audit purposes.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports and presentations with analysis and actionable insights.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Policies, Systems, & Compliance
  • Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and standards to ensure controlled and consistent work processes.
  • Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and controls to safeguard assets.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members to enhance skills and performance.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration and efficiency within the finance department and across functions.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, commerce, or related field.
  • Professional qualification such as CPA, SOCPA, CA, CFA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Knowledge of accounting, financial, and operational principles.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of total experience, including 1-2 years in an operational organization.
  • Experience with SAP S/4 Hana and SAP Cloud Analytics (preferred).
  • Strong desire to learn and improve financial reporting processes.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with management.
  • Proven track record of improving finance functions.
  • Advanced Excel skills and high attention to detail.
  • Good organizational skills and a proactive personality.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Location

This role supports the Mobility subsidiary in RSG and is based at The Red Sea offices in Hanak.
