# Manager - Elite Program
Personalized Customer Experience Management
Manage members’ experience with relevant functions to ensure end-to-end service delivery at every touchpoint of their journey. Serve as the main point of contact, including off-site customer interactions. Collaborate with cross-functional service leaders to customize healthcare services based on the healthcare needs of the targeted population.
Health Advisor
Provide accurate and useful medical information to members and their families regarding medical issues or specific Bupa services. Direct members to appropriate departments for assistance to ensure high-quality medical services. Support understanding of customer segmentation to offer personalized care.
Support the implementation and delivery of core healthcare services
Report KPI updates for each service in collaboration with the data analysis team. Prepare and deliver presentations and business updates to key organizational leaders, including the 'Relation Manager'. Provide monthly feedback reports on the PCC program's progress as part of the overall retention report, sharing insights with key leaders.
