Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Manager - Data Compliance to ensure that our data management practices align with regulatory requirements and industry standards. This role is vital for safeguarding the integrity, security, and confidentiality of data across the organization.

As the Manager - Data Compliance, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data compliance policies, conducting audits, and collaborating with various departments to promote best practices in data handling.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee compliance with all applicable data laws & regulations, including national and international standards.
2. Define and implement enterprise-wide data compliance frameworks for both business and technical levels.
3. Ensure data handling, processing, storage, and transfers comply with legal and regulatory mandates.
4. Develop and execute compliance risk management strategies to ensure regulatory adherence across Qiddiya’s data ecosystem.
5. Conduct regular compliance audits, risk assessments, and impact evaluations.
6. Design and implement automated compliance monitoring tools to detect and prevent violations.
7. Establish a data compliance enforcement framework for swift regulatory response to breaches.
8. Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes, adjusting policies accordingly.
9. Lead compliance programs and collaborate with Legal, Cybersecurity, IT, Procurement, and Business Units to embed compliance into data operations.
10. Ensure enforcement of compliance policies at all organizational levels and work closely with the Data Legal Advisor.
11. Promote data compliance awareness and training across teams.
12. Represent Qiddiya during regulatory audits and assessments.
13. Uphold ethical and fair data practices, including non-discriminatory usage.
14. Oversee compliance in AI governance, algorithmic fairness, and bias mitigation.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Management, Law, or related field.
2. 6+ years of experience in data compliance, protection, or privacy roles.
3. Knowledge of data protection regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
6. Experience with data compliance tools and methodologies.
7. Certifications in data protection or compliance (e.g., CIPP, CIPM) are advantageous.
