Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Produce monthly outcome and performance indicator dashboards and weekly enrollment reports.
  2. Support department leads and program directors with completing outcome reports, including operational performance, improvements, KPIs, productivity, and finance reports for reviews.
  3. Assist in developing data visualizations and presentations for internal and external audiences, utilizing graphs, tables, dashboards, etc., drawing on programmatic and secondary data sources.
  4. Identify and support data source gathering, calculate baselines, and set targets and benchmarks aligned with operational requirements.
  5. Provide coaching to staff on data report understanding and progress towards department goals.
  6. Develop a cycle of improvement through data coaching for enhanced reporting and RACI.
  7. Manage day-to-day mobility systems and operations dashboards to ensure data accuracy and representation of operational status and exceptions.
  8. Develop and implement operational strategies to meet the dynamic demands of the mobility industry.
  9. Identify data inaccuracies, highlight reliable and unreliable data elements, and suggest improvements to prevent recurrence.
  10. Identify trends and implement process improvements to enhance mobility operations efficiency.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to address operational issues and utilize data to improve customer service, KPIs, and operational efficiency.
  12. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to enhance team performance.
  13. Foster a collaborative, results-driven team culture within the mobility services context.
  14. Align operational strategies with the evolving mobility landscape.
  15. Promote a culture of continuous improvement within operations.
  16. Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation tailored to mobility services.
  17. Establish KPIs for mobility operations and monitor performance metrics, providing regular stakeholder reports.
  18. Implement corrective actions for operational challenges specific to mobility services.
  19. Perform other duties as directed by management to support team and organizational success.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's preferred.
  • Proven experience in operations and service delivery within mobility or professional services industries.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills tailored to mobility sector requirements.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking with a deep understanding of mobility data.
  • Proficient in Power BI, data analytics, mining, and performance metrics tools.
  • Proactive, creative, flexible, and compliant in project delivery.
