Job Description
The role is responsible for leading and guiding the Customer Awareness and Credit Advisory Department at D360 Bank. The aim is to enhance financial literacy among clients and provide professional credit advisory services to help them make informed financial decisions. He/she will also ensure the bank's role in raising customer awareness of the various available credit products and services, which enhances debt management efficiency and increases customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead and guide a team of credit advisors to provide credit advisory services to clients.
- Supervise the team's performance and ensure compliance with the bank's standards in delivering services.
- Define and allocate tasks within the team, ensuring that the set performance goals are achieved.
- Create and implement financial awareness programs to increase customer knowledge about the credit products and services offered by the bank.
- Develop and implement customer awareness plans to enhance customer knowledge of the credit products and services offered by the bank.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure effective interaction with customers through the bank's multiple channels.
- Monitor the overall performance of the Customer Awareness and Credit Advisory Department through performance reports and results.
- Ensure that all activities align with the bank's policies, regulatory guidelines, and the requirements of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA).
- Ensure that all information related to credit products is updated in accordance with any new amendments or laws.
- Provide regular reports to senior management regarding the performance of the Customer Awareness and Credit Advisory Department.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager related to the nature of the work.
- Enforce, incorporate, and comply with all necessary controls and related information security policies, procedures, practices, training, reporting, personal due diligence, and vigilance within departmental activities and operations.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Years & Nature of Experience
- Recommended 3 to 5 years of equivalent experience demonstrating required competencies in banking and credit advising.
- Knowledge of financial products, credit markets, and credit risk models.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong knowledge of credit products, credit scoring, and lending policies.
- Proven ability to manage and develop teams, with a track record of leading projects and driving results.
- Proficiency in financial software and CRM systems is a plus.
