You will ensure that customer plans are developed and executed by supporting the delivery of strategies and tactics for growth. You understand the business metrics and financial drivers needed to unlock profitable growth for Mondelēz International and our customers, working with key account managers to implement plans to meet our annual targets.

How you will contribute

  • Lead categories/channels trade marketing calendar development aligned with strategic growth opportunities.
  • Ensure strong and successful trade programs that resonate with customers and shoppers from design to execution.
  • Track KPIs and performance metrics (IMS, perfect store, right store, sellout).
  • Lead category/customer development initiatives, identifying growth and share gain opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align plans and activate timely execution.
  • Manage cyclical budget control and spend adherence.
  • Lead monthly ARM meetings, customer drumbeat meetings, and MBR updates.
  • Contribute to forecasting cycles and plan for new product launches.
  • Monitor the competitive environment, launches, and activations.
  • Embrace RGM frameworks and principles, driving the agenda.
  • Develop team skills and coach for capability growth.
