# Manager - Corporate Sales (Pipeline)

Job Description

To promote and sell Bupa Arabia’s products through direct and intermediaries’ channels, focusing on medium to large, Major/Key clients by adapting to market dynamics. The role involves helping to fulfill customer needs from the prospecting stage until the customer receives activated cards, ensuring all services are provided in compliance with internal and external rules and regulations.

Key Accountabilities:
  1. Sales Function:
  2. Promote Bupa Arabia products to achieve personal and team targets.
  3. Establish, build, and maintain relationships with clients.
  4. Understand PMI (Private Medical Insurance) market dynamics and competition trends, and plan accordingly.
  5. Present market studies to prospect new opportunities for company growth.
  6. Balance book between competitors and client mix, including direct new business and intermediaries’ new business within company direction.
  7. Manage book distribution per quarter, business contribution, and product mix to maintain a healthy, low-risk profile.
  8. Collaborate with commercial finance on accounts to ensure positive contribution as per targets.
  9. Assist relationship team members in client renewals.
  10. Support development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
  11. Coach and support Account Executives in proposals and presentations.
  1. Sales Forecasting:
  2. Maintain a balanced sales pipeline with a minimum of 150,000 lives valued over 90 million.
  3. Generate leads from internal and external sources.
  4. Present quarterly and yearly plans based on funnel analysis and sales expectations.
  5. Ensure coverage for sales opportunities and explore new markets and methods to achieve targets.
  6. Develop key account plans and strategies.
  7. Maintain a monthly win-loss activity report.
  1. Sales Administration:
  2. Prepare, explain, and collect signed contracts from new clients.
  3. Complete CRM processes from opportunity creation to invoice generation.
  4. Collect signed KYC forms as required by SAMA.
  5. Comply with regulatory policies and update regularly on industry requirements.
  6. Introduce clients to Bupa Online services and collect signed Web-Agreements.
  7. Collect first payments and educate clients on credit policies.
  8. Gather sponsor documentation per CCHI requirements.
  9. Update Bupa Arabia management system "Sage CRM" daily.
  1. Building Client Relationships:
  2. Coordinate with operational departments for smooth policy launches.
  3. Conduct product and service presentations to new clients.
  4. Resolve client issues promptly and remain accessible 24/7.
  5. Ensure client satisfaction and provide feedback for improvements.
  6. Lead handover processes and conduct focus groups with major clients.
  1. Coaching and Mentoring:
  2. Coach and train new sales executives.
  3. Assist team members during field visits.
  4. Maintain a positive, professional attitude as a role model.
Skills

Attended sales and negotiation courses. Excellent self-management, team-management, motivational, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic.
