• Strong knowledge of FIDIC and other standard contract forms.

- Review, negotiate, and manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

- Provide contractual advice to project managers and stakeholders during project execution.

- Ensure compliance with contract terms, legal regulations, and company policies.

- Draft contractual correspondence and manage dispute resolution processes related to contract summaries, risk assessments, and commercial reports.
