# Manager - Change Management
Job Description
Role Purpose:
- Change Management: Execute change transformation initiatives to enable seamless adoption. Tailor transformation plans to reduce resistance and maximize organizational readiness for new processes and systems.
- Stakeholder Analysis: Conduct impact and readiness assessments to identify risks and enable proactive mitigation. Map stakeholder needs to ensure their concerns are addressed and their influence is leveraged during transition.
- Organizational Engagement: Prepare targeted communication and engagement plans to foster trust and build buy-in on transformative changes. Manage awareness and commitment through campaigns aligned with business goals and employee interests. Champion behaviors and values that reinforce a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement. Facilitate workshops and communications to embed change as part of the organizational DNA.
- Training and Coaching: Collaborate with HR and leaders to deliver capability-building programs supporting new ways of working. Equip teams with tools and knowledge to enable the transformative change.

Education
