We are looking for a Manager Business Development role with a global premium and high end service provider - Riyadh , KSA
Responsibilities and requirements for the role will include;
NOTE -- KSA Experience is Mandatory
Industry - Hostels/ hospitality / Real Estate
Sales & Marketing
Develop client and potential client relationships.
Have a strong knowledge of the commercial real estate, office and serviced office market (preferably but not a pre-requisite) you work in.
Understand the full sales cycle from prospecting, pre-vetting leads, site inspections to signing new business.
Good written and spoken communication to engage with prospective and existing clients.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
Creative thinker, who can identify new and innovative ways to onboard new business.
Engage with key introducers, brokers and licencing authority.
Create and implement pre-opening marketing plan with your peers and leadership team.
Actively participate in networking events and functions
Provide operational support and work closely with operations team.
Key Performance Indicators/Job Requirements
At least 4+ years of successful sales experiences in Luxury / premium hotels, real-estate broker or premium business centers
Fluency in English a must
Energetic, social, and outgoing
Ability to work well in a dynamic team environment, as well as the initiative to work autonomously
Ability to identify new business opportunities and sales channels, and experience building a strong sales pipeline
Ability to manage a portfolio of multiple clients, and to maintain relationships with clients, affiliates, and key industry contacts
Able to negotiate with decision-makers, senior executives, and CEOs
Great interpersonal, communications and networking / outgoing skills
