JOB PURPOSE
The jobholder's responsibility is to plan and provide safe and reliable transportation services to all guests and employees/stakeholders (on Buses, Fleet vehicles, and Buggies depending on role) to ensure safe journeys with minimal delays. The jobholder will support and coordinate the overall transportation for the Mobility division, mainly focused on guests and employees, to ensure business continuity. They will act as a coordinator and primary point of contact for all concerned stakeholders internally and externally, managing Mobility expectations of all relevant parties. The Manager Driver Scheduling will play an integral role in building Land Mobility operations, focusing on driving efficiency and consistency in guest experience in line with standards.
The role requires constant management of fleet maintenance (in collaboration with the Maintenance team) as recommended by manufacturers, ensuring effective and efficient department functioning and a positive guest experience through proper fleet upkeep.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Control and monitor daily operations within the function, taking timely corrective actions for scheduled, sudden, or unexpected trip creation, changes, or cancellations due to unforeseen events.
  2. Manage service providers to ensure delivery performance standards are met and operational practices align with contractual agreements and SLAs.
  3. Plan and schedule vehicle routes with dispatchers, amend and update transport timings as necessary to accommodate changes and ensure seamless transport services.
  4. Manage and supervise a team of Senior Specialists, Specialists, drivers, and coordinators.
  5. Ensure prompt and proper investigation and reporting of accidents/incidents, taking necessary actions.
  6. Manage manpower and fleet availability and usage for regular and unplanned trips to ensure cost efficiency and business continuity.
  7. Engage with stakeholders by responding to feedback, complaints, and queries to provide efficient and safe transport services.
  8. Perform monthly audits of Land Mobility drivers and fleet utilization to mitigate risks and non-compliance, escalating issues to the Senior Manager as needed.
  9. Keep the Senior Manager informed through regular briefings and reports to facilitate necessary operational changes.
  10. Coordinate transportation standards and expectations with the Mobility team, employees, and stakeholders for effective trip execution.
  11. Work closely with suppliers to address SLA non-performance or non-compliance issues, ensuring corrective actions are taken to prevent recurrence.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  1. A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  2. At least 6 years of industry experience with proven expertise in the automotive or transportation industry.
  3. Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, with at least intermediate skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with VIP chauffeur drivers.
  7. High customer service orientation, with high energy and passion for people interaction.
  8. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  9. Experience handling confidential and sensitive information maturely.
  10. Positive, service-oriented attitude with strong follow-through on issues.
  11. Proactive in identifying challenges and proposing solutions.
