You will play a critical role in guiding our branding efforts to ensure we resonate with our diverse audience while aligning with our vision.
Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent application of the brand across all touchpoints, visual, physical, sonic, and sensory—to reflect the core brand philosophy
- Manage a wide range of brand collaterals for internal stakeholders, including introduction decks, welcome kits, merchandise, presentation materials, and event branding
- Oversee and develop content aligned with the master brand narrative through initiatives like research papers, documentary series, interviews, and newsletters to establish global thought leadership in the space of PLAY
- Coordinate closely with the DMMO marketing strategy team to ensure strategic alignment for major brand and asset announcements
- Lead briefing sessions with creative agencies and partners to develop impactful campaigns for core brand assets
- Approve the overall look and feel, messaging, content, and visual assets used across activations, including final selection of branded merchandise
- Manage brand engagement across ESG initiatives, investment communications, strategy narratives, VIP experiences, guest journey, and other high-impact touchpoints
- Work in alignment with design, production, and filming teams to ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and core philosophy
- Oversee messaging frameworks and brand proof points to reinforce the master brand and support the development of the Play Index
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related discipline (Master's degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in branding or marketing management roles.
- Proven experience in marketing or a related field, with a solid understanding of branding, audience engagement, and campaign execution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey clear and compelling messages across channels
- Strong capabilities in developing and implementing integrated marketing communication strategies that drive results
- Demonstrated leadership with a successful track record of guiding teams, managing stakeholders, and delivering impactful outcomes
- Excellent time and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in dynamic environments
