The Resident Product Engineering (RPE) team is the plant-based engineering organization responsible for resolving product issues that impact vehicles in production. This Engineering Manager role leads the RPE team supporting Body Structures, Closures and Low Voltage Harness across Lucid’s production vehicle programs. The role exists to strengthen engineering ownership for production issue triage, containment, root cause analysis, permanent corrective actions and cross-functional escalation management.
