Must-Have:

1. 8-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure capacity/availability planning, or performance engineering within the banking sector.
2. Strong knowledge of monitoring and analytics tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Dynatrace, Zabbix, Grafana, Splunk).
3. Good understanding of database, middleware, and core banking application performance impacts.
4. Strong analytical and reporting skills with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.

Nice to Have:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Working knowledge of ITIL processes (certification preferred).
