Must-Have:

1. 8+ years of experience in project/program management, with 5+ years in Agile delivery.
2. Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, LeSS) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
3. Excellent leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
4. Fluency in Arabic & English languages is required.

Nice to Have:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field.
2. Banking or financial services experience is strongly preferred.
3. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist (SA), or PMI-ACP certification is a plus.
